1. Company Information

Mindel Sports is a manufacturer and exporter of sportswear and sporting goods based in Sialkot, Pakistan. All business transactions are governed under these Terms & Conditions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Products & Services

  • We manufacture and export sportswear including team uniforms, custom clothing, sports bags, GAA gear, and related products.

  • All products are manufactured based on buyer specifications, approved samples, and confirmed order details.

  • Minor variations in color, fabric texture, weight, or stitching may occur due to the nature of textile manufacturing and are considered acceptable within industry standards.

3. Orders & Order Confirmation

  • All orders must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or official communication channels.

  • Once an order is confirmed and production has started, it cannot be canceled or modified without written approval from Mindel Sports.

  • Any changes requested after order confirmation may result in additional costs and revised delivery timelines.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

  • Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed.

  • Prices may vary based on order quantity, customization, fabric selection, and branding requirements.

  • Standard payment terms:

    • Advance payment or

    • 50% advance / 50% before shipment (unless otherwise agreed)

  • All banking charges, transfer fees, and intermediary fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Samples

  • Sample charges and courier costs are payable by the buyer.

  • Sample fees may be adjusted or refunded against bulk orders, subject to agreement.

  • Approved samples serve as the production reference standard.

6. Production & Lead Time

  • Production lead time typically ranges from 20–45 days, depending on order volume and customization.

  • Lead time begins after:

    • Order confirmation

    • Sample approval (if applicable)

    • Receipt of advance payment

  • Delays caused by force majeure, customs issues, or buyer-side delays are not the responsibility of Mindel Sports.

7. Quality Control

  • Quality inspections are conducted at multiple stages of production.

  • The buyer may appoint a third-party inspection agency at their own cost prior to shipment.

  • Claims related to quality must be reported within 7 days of receiving goods, supported with clear evidence.

8. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) must be agreed before order confirmation.

  • Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once goods are handed over to the carrier.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed due to factors beyond our control.

9. Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance charges in the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Mindel Sports is not liable for delays or losses caused by customs authorities.

10. Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

  • In case of verified manufacturing defects, Mindel Sports may offer:

    • Replacement of defective items, or

    • Credit adjustment in future orders

  • Claims must be submitted in writing with supporting photos/videos.

11. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, artwork, and branding provided by the buyer are used solely for order fulfillment.

  • The buyer confirms they have legal rights to use the provided intellectual property.

  • Mindel Sports is not responsible for any IP infringement claims arising from buyer-provided designs.

12. Confidentiality

  • All business information, pricing, designs, and communications are treated as confidential.

  • Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • Mindel Sports shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Our maximum liability shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods.

14. Force Majeure

Mindel Sports shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.

16. Amendments

Mindel Sports reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on the website.
